Por isso descobri a receita de um drink criado no restaurante Nero, da Karina Mota – a mesma que comanda o Chez Lorena e o Chez MIS, então, tá esperando o que para aproveitar sem limites a estação mais quente do ano?

Ingredientes:

1/2 limão cravo
1/2 maracujá
Cachaça
Açúcar
Essência de cumarú
Gelo

Modo de fazer:

Macerar o limão e o maracujá, acrescentar o restante dos ingredientes e servir com gelo.

In this hot summer nothing feels better than a refreshing drink and the holidays – that for our joy have finally arrived! Let’s not forget that no pool or ocean is the same without a good old caipinha?! So I found a recipe for a drink created in Nero restaurant, from Karina Mota – the same one that runs the Chez Chez Lorena and MIS, so what are you waiting for to enjoy the hottest season of the year? 

Ingredients:

1/2 lemon
1/2 passion fruit
Cachaça
Sugar
Cumarú essence
Ice

Directions:

Macerate the lemon and passion fruit, mix with the final ingredients and serve it with ice.
